about meHOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?
Anyone can make a reservation online, email, or by telephone. For all reservations a major credit card is required.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
All non-corporate reservations must be cancelled with 7 days advance notice prior to your scheduled trip date to assume no financial liability. After this period, if a reservation is cancelled the client is responsible for 50% payment of the originally scheduled charter. Any cancellations within 48 hours will be billed for the FULL charter amount. ALL PROMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER THEY ARE BOOKED

WHAT ARE OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS?
A major credit card is required at the time of booking.. The client is responsible for any damage caused to vehicles, either by the client or by the clients party or guest.

CAN I SMOKE IN YOUR VEHICLES?
ALL of our vehicles are NON-TOBACCO vehicles. If you would like to use tobacco, we will gladly stop at your convenience for you to do so.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY VEHICLE IS LATE?
Cloud Limo guarantees an on time limousine arrival for all pick up locations in the River Valley Arkansas area. Our policy is, if your limousine/vehicle is late you get one hour free. We are proud to be the only limousine service in River Valley area to offer this guarantee.

CAN I SEE THE VEHICLE BEFORE MAKING RESERVATIONS?
No matter which Limousine service you choose, Cloud Limo ALWAYS recommends that you schedule a meet and greet to inspect your vehicle, and meet the staff. This will help you make an educated decision, and that the vehicle and company you have chosen exceeds your standards upon arrival.

WHAT IS YOUR ALCOHOL POLICY?
Cloud Limo DOES NOT provide alcohol to ANY of our clients. You may bring your own alcohol providing ALL passengers are 21 years of age and older with valid ID. Which will be checked by the Driver of the event.

WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?
Cloud Limo does not release any information about any client to anyone or any outside organization. It is our policy to protect you, protect your privacy, and protect your identity at all times.

DO YOUR DRIVERS HAVE SPECIAL LICENSE OR TRAINING?
All Cloud Limo drivers are over 25 years of age and have clean drivers record. All drivers have completed our chauffeur training program and continue education. We feel our chauffeurs are the most important part of our business, because they are serving you, our client.

DO YOU PROVIDE PROTECTION SERVICE?
Yes, if you would like protection service we can arrange and provide retired and off-duty police officers. Please call us at 479-719-5506 for protection service and pricing.

WHAT IS YOUR AVAILABILITY?
Our staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

WHEN DOES THE BILLING FOR OUR LIMOUSINE SERVICES START AND STOP?
Charges are accrued beginning at the pick up and ending at the final drop-off (in some cases driving time applies. The balance (minus the deposit) should be charged to the customer's credit card or paid to the driver unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Cloud Limo has a minimum hourly requirement, All limo reservations have a two (2) hour minimum for jobs from Monday through Thursday. Weekend limo jobs have a three (3) hour minimum Friday through Sunday.

WHAT IF WE HAVE GONE OVER OUR RESERVATION TIME BUT WANT TO KEEP THE PARTY GOING?
No problem! You may continue your limo reservation provided that yours is the last reservation of the day or there are no other reservations that day for that vehicle. Just check with the driver and we will do everything possible to keep the party going.

SHOULD I TIP MY CHAUFFEUR?
Our Services does not add or charge gratuity to any vehicle or transportation services offered. Tipping is appreciated, but solely voluntary and at the passengers discretion. Standard gratuity range starts at 15%

MAY I GET A RECEIPT FOR MY SERVICE?
Yes, you may obtain a receipt from the chauffeur at the end of the trip or you may request a receipt via fax or e-mail.

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
All vehicles and employees are fully insured. If you have any questions about the extent of our insurance coverage for your corporate account, please call and we will be glad to provide you with the information you require.

HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PUT DOWN AS A DEPOSIT?
$100.00 is an industry standard deposit that is non-refundable if cancelled after booking less than 2 weeks before the date of rental. The deposit may be used towards another night if available and approved by Cloud Limo management. Some high demand rentals may require a higher deposit of 25-35%, like proms and special events. This deposit Guarantees your rental for the night you reserved.

IF I DID WANT TO GO OVER ON MY TIMES, AND THE VEHICLE WAS AVAILABLE, HOW MUCH WOULD I HAVE TO PAY?
We do not charge "overtime" fees for our limousines. If your vehicle was $125/hr, then that will be how much it will cost in case you went over your time.

WHY DO YOU REQUIRE A CONTRACT?
A number of reasons actually. First, it is required by the credit card companies. As merchants, we have to show proof of service. In order for us to do that, the merchant companies require, in order to prevent fraud, a contract in detail of all charges authorized, copy of credit card users drivers license as well as a copy of the credit card, front and back. We understand this is unorthodox, but, most of our transactions are done over the phone and we can not scan your credit card like they do at the store. Also, these are large transactions that need to be proven as authorized charges by the card hold. Secondly, these are very expensive vehicles. We do our best keeping all our limousines looking like they just rolled off the show room floor. Damage to our vehicles by any means (ie broken glasses, ripped upholstery, smoke, vomit or other bodily fluids) are the responsibility of the customer.
